1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Institutional Banking Platform, provided by Institutional Banking Platform ("we", "us"). A service may have its own conditions, shown before you use it. If they conflict, the service conditions apply.

2. Registering

You must be 18 or over, give us accurate information and verify your identity. Organisations must give their registration details, and the person registering must be allowed to act for them. We may decline a registration and may ask for more information at any time.

3. Keeping your account safe

Keep your password, PIN and two-step codes secret. Tell us straight away if you think someone else knows them or has used your account.

4. Balances and documents

Your balance accounts show the movements we record for you. Documents we issue carry a reference that anyone can check on our verify page. We may revoke a document that is wrong; the verify page then says so.

5. Decisions

Some requests are decided automatically against our current rules, and some are decided by our staff. You can see the outcome and its reasons in your account, and ask for a person to look again at a decline.

6. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account with notice, or immediately where the law requires it or we suspect fraud.

7. Liability

We are responsible for losses caused by our mistakes, but not for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
